Dwayne Singleton,
Form (project management urban development)

My first day as a planner more than 25 years ago, I acquired the nickname “Drano”.  Little did I know that that allusion to drains was to provide my calling in life.

Experiences have taken me through the world of statutory planning in local government, a secret ambition to write, heading up strategic planning at Maribyrnong Council, working for a private planning firm and property developers and running my own planning business.

Now I consider myself an expert in unblocking the drains of the planning system so we can let the brilliance of new and altered urban forms shine through.

So if you need a good urban plumber to help illuminate your light, let’s have a chat.  I’m ready to plunge into your urban planning drain at short notice to keep your project on track.
