WaterMarc Leisure and Recreation Centre

 

The WaterMarc Leisure and Recreation Centre is part of an integrated office, leisure, public space and commercial redevelopment at the heart of the Greensborough Shopping Centre and a centrepiece of the Greensborough Structure Plan. 

 

Led the brief and selection process for the first stage of the design of the project and public consultation.

 

WaterMarc was completed in 2012 and Council offices will be built above the facility with new shops nearby.
