Helped conceive an integrated policy framework for Banyule City Council covering all policy initiatives that led to the PEOPLE, PLACE, PLANET, PARTICIPATION and PERFORMANCE framework.
This created an integrated approach to all Council policy decisions that placed key policies and strategies on the same footing.
